S.M.A.R.T. Goals vs Reasonable Goals
Over the New Year's holiday I joined a talk/workshop that Elizabeth Gilbert (yes, THE Elizabeth Gilbert of "Eat, Pray, Love" and "Big Magic") gave via The School of Life in Amsterdam. My mind was blown by the way Elizabeth summed out our society, while simultaneously pointing out its flaws.
