About the Artist
I’m an oil painter with a sweet tooth, and my fascination with confections runs far deeper than taste—it’s the foundation of my work. Candy, pastries, and delicate treats appear throughout my paintings as symbols of memory, celebration, and human connection.
Rooted in nostalgia, my work transforms fleeting, sensory experiences into lasting visual moments, inviting you to pause and savor them without distraction.
Raised in a food-loving family in the Boston area and a graduate of Skidmore College, I have called Washington, DC home since 1999. I work from my home studio in Potomac, Maryland, drawing inspiration from local bakeries and travel destinations.
Think of my paintings as sweet moments you can savor forever—no fork required.
